Unreliable

The cab driver called me for directions to one of the most prominent places in Indiranagar. He then never showed up. When I tried calling him he wouldnt pick up or cut the call. He then called me back after an hour and a half and when I asked why he didnt show up he hung up on me. All I got was a routine apologetic SMS. Absolutely horrible service. If my friend wasnt around I wouldve been stranded. Ola and Uber are so much better!
