Easy to book

Booked a cab few hours before required time. Last minute they called me saying sorry we dont have a cab. Please dont trust them.

An absolutely brilliant app that is simple, easy to use and has an excellent back end support team. It takes about 45 seconds to book a cab and once booked, there is no need to worry about anything - your driver will promptly call you an hour before your trip! Go for it.

The app is buggy. I wanted to book a ride from Koramangala 4th block to Koramangala 5th. It wouldnt allow me to do so saying pickup and drop locations are same. You need to fix this.

Searching within the app should be smooth. The app find it difficult to search the addresses. Rest is fine.

Easy to book, best part is it will pick up the current Location with Local address.

I have tried the booking and hope everything is fine Else will revise the rating

Cool app. Does what it says. The GPS tracking is very helpful and the service is great.

This iphone app is handy and have a very user friendly UI for easy navigation and fast cab booking

The cab driver called me for directions to one of the most prominent places in Indiranagar. He then never showed up. When I tried calling him he wouldnt pick up or cut the call. He then called me back after an hour and a half and when I asked why he didnt show up he hung up on me. All I got was a routine apologetic SMS. Absolutely horrible service. If my friend wasnt around I wouldve been stranded. Ola and Uber are so much better!

Hopeless cab service. Very unreliable and not punctual with useless people for executives. Uber / Meru / Ola all the way :)

Driver never showed up .

Taxi for sure has impressed me by its safety, punctuality, fair and transparent fares!!!! I booked more than 7 cabs for 2 days because they assured me the excellent service on the very first day of my booking and they proved it! One thing they also gave me some shopping coupons! Thanks TAXI FOR SURE!

Booked a cab 5 min before boarding a domestic plane & the taxi was waiting for me when I arrived & price is very reasonable , will use it often

No bookings can be done. Very badly done!!
