Worst and horrible experience with taxiforsure. Used this cab twice in a day and both the experience were horrible Morning cab was an hour late bcoz it was getting cancelled again and again and had number of calls with customer care to get the cab In evening as per app cab was not available so I was about to leave and got the call from the driver that he has my booking. I took that ride and paid double of bill amount. One to driver by cash as app was not saying that it is deducting amount from my wallet and as soon i entered my home got the message that money from wallet is also deducted.

I never seen any cars available with taxi for sure

The app design is very elegant and easy to use. Just input your locations and got.

First time using service (cabs almost never available) and without any notification TFS reassigned me a new driver 10 minutes after original driver was supposed to arrive. New driver was on other side of town, eventually 30+ minutes late. Customer service reps explanation: Peak hour. Useless app, dont bother downloading.

I dont care about app but service is just horrible so just stay away. I have booked cab many times but no one turns up, call centre make false promises that PR will contact and no one ever replies to email. If you want to save your self from agony, trouble and loss then just look for other services.

Worked great in every city I visited in India, till it automatically updated to the latest version 6.0.1. Now it crashes before it can find your location and it wont let you enter without location. What a shame, cause it was a really great app!!!

Oh yes rightly said above, it keep crashing whenever I open in my iphone and how can you guys release this kind of updates without testing !??? Shame on you guys ! I uninstalled this app

Very ridiculous,They are cheaters in india so please dont use... Uber and ola is better then it...

This app was truly a revolution when it came on the scene in Delhi where I use the app. When it first came out drivers and taxis were top notch. Now about a year later Im searching for an alternative. While the app itself still functions ok, the taxis are well BELOW STANDARD. The AC has NOT worked on the last three or four trips Ive made. Also, drivers are hit or miss as far as their professionalism and driving skill and safety. In todays market companies like this must lead or get out of the way. Please give attention to your service Taxi For Sure or youll lose out FOR SURE.
