Very good App and first of its kind. Very easy to book a cab and gives all the information.

The new update keeps your location services on even when you are not using the app. Thats ridiculous and it drains the battery. The previous version may have looked outdated but it was much better in its functionality.

About App: this app is crap. A. On the map it shows correct road name for your location. But the text confirmation comes for a completely different road which may be 4 km away. B. in the end of reservation process there is 90 sec timer which always ends with a sorry something went wrong message. You keep guessing if your reservation was done or not. Service: if the purpose of your trip is of importance like going to airport, railway station, job interview or office, do not rely on the service. Even if you have confirmed reservation, in the last minute ie at pick up time they may call (or not) and apologize that they do not have any cab in your area... Sorry for inconvenience. Even driver have wish of their own. They will ask you the pickup point and drop off point and then will refuse the service on some pretext asking you to call the company. I have personally suffered because of above issues from this company. I wish owners of this company pay attention to the way their competition operates and strive to make it better. Just marketing wont cut it until your services are improved.

First time user it was really easy and a nice interface

As mentioned by others - absolutely unreliable service. Also, if you are in Hyderabad - BEWARE! Their drivers constantly overcharge you and the customer service is non existent. Instead give Uber a shot. Far more reliable.

Love the fact that I booked 4 times and the cab arrived within 20 mins each time. The app is very intuitive and convenient.

The app has ever failed me. I managed to get a cab everytime I needed one. Great show TFS.

App is ok as they seem to have copied from other similar services. But for such apps which is tied to the real world it is only a part of story. The important part where the cab is supposed to pick you up once you book through the app has failed miserably many times & you need to deal with drivers who cheat on the occasions your booking is honoured. Dont bother with this app or more importantly with their service.

Booked an innova through the app but call center got indica in request - pathetic app. No mention of vehicle in confirmation. Vehicles disappear on the map.

Im trying to book a cab, it keeps crashing ! I have it one star extra for good quality service it had. Dont let the user down. Ill fix it back to 5 stars as soon as the bug is gone. Till then, what is the use of the app?

They should rename the service to taxi - unsure. Its not reliable service at all. At least not in Baroda. We had horrid experiences in last 2 days. First 3 trips went okay with one big issue -- drivers keep calling to find out exact pickup location and driving directions. Funny if you are in middle of some gathering/lecture but we lived with it. Since last two days cab simply did not show up at promised time!! We were stranded waiting for the cab and finally had to walk kilometer to get an autorick. No support from cab driver. On calling call center, they also did not sort out the issue either and just hung up. Sent complaint to the company but no response from them. Very annoying and scary proposition from company that has sure as part of its name. Although I would like to use service, I m not sure I can rely on it.

Taxi Not for sure worst taxi service. Booked taxi at 10:00 pm but no one came when I called customer care at around 10:15 that time they said your tax has been cancelled. no one informed me before nothing. they dont care about passengers time. missed my bus because of them. worst service ever. please dont book taxi for sure in ahmedabad . my booking details are Thanks! TFS-AT-C5765961 @ 10 p.m., Dec. 6, 2014 is confirmed. Driver,fare details 15min prior. T&C apply. better choose ola cabs. I had booked ola cabs for 5 times no problem at all, first time I tried taxi for sure and very bad experience.

Pathetic service , they call 5 mins before pick up time and say they cannot service

Very confusing bill .. The drivers tell that waiting charge is charged to them but does not show in bill .. This is very confusing and it leads to customer paying more than the bill and cannot be reimbursed from company
